MASHED SWEET POTATOES {Dairy Free}
Thanksgiving is just around the corner, so I wanted to post my recipe for Mashed Sweet Potatoes. This recipe is so easy to make and will certainly be a hit (nobody will even know this it’s dairy free)!

Here is the recipe for my dairy-free Mashed Sweet Potatoes!

Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:
3 large sweet potatoes, peeled
2 tbs coconut oil
1/3 cup coconut milk
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Cook the sweet potatoes until soft in the middle. If using an Instapot, use the manual setting for 15 minutes.
Place the sweet potatoes, coconut oil, and coconut milk in a large bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix until smooth.
Add in the cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix for another 30 seconds until thoroughly combined.
Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
