I was never a fan of making wings at home, until I got an air fryer. Game changer, for sure. They come out so crispy and cooked perfectly!

Here is the recipe for my Spicy Thai Wings!

Spicy Thai Wings

2 lbs chicken wings

1/2 cup coconut aminos

2 tbs avocado oil

2 tsp dijon mustard

1 tbs grated ginger

1 tsp salt

1 tsp paprika


In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, avocado oil, dijon mustard, ginger, salt and paprika.

Place the wings and marinade in a large bowl or zip lock bag. Mix until evenly coated.

Let marinate for 1 hour, tossing the wings half way through.

In an air fryer, spread the wings evenly across the rack and cook for 25-30 minutes (depending on the size of the wing), flipping every 8-10 minutes.

Remove from heat and top with scallions.

Cook Time: 40 minutes
