SUMMER CHARCUTERIE BOARD

I love making charcuterie boards. They are so beautiful, easy to make, and always a crowd pleaser. And if you or your guest follow specific diet, they are great because you can accommodate everyone.

The only rule to follow when creating a charcuterie board is variety! First, I always start with a couple of different meats. I typically use salami (my absolute favorite brand is Olli - their meats are slow cured and use high quality ingredients) and prosciutto (try to find one where the only ingredients are pork and salt). Next, cheese. I recently re-discovered almond milk cheese and I am slightly obsessed. If you can tolerate dairy, I would go for a soft and a hard cheese. Last, add a mix of fruit (dried and fresh), nuts, crackers, olives, veggies, and whatever else you would like! Your guests will not be disappointed!

Ingredients:

Salami

Prosciutto

Pepperoni

Cheddar Almond Milk Cheese

Mozzarella Almond Milk Cheese

Crackers

Peach

Olives

Almonds

Marinated artichoke

And whatever else sounds good!


Instructions:

Arrange all of the ingredients on a wooden board & enjoy!
